Why should I provide my email?

You email is used to set up a Patient Portal. You can use this portal to securely view results online.

Should we bring blood sugar and blood pressure logs for Diabetes and Blood Pressure follow up appointment?

Blood sugars and Blood pressure logs maintained by patients are a valuable source of information and patients with Diabetes and High Blood pressure. Patients are requested to bring the logs along with them for their follow up appointment.

Should we bring all medications for all appointments?

Yes, please bring an updated list of your medications for all your office visits. Unintended medication discrepancies are preventable and can avoid hospitalizations.

Do you offer Immunizations/Vaccinations at your clinic?

Yes, we carry most immunizations for children through adults and geriatric patients. Please bring your Immunization card for accuracy and to update records. We do not carry State sponsored Vaccines.

Do you see cash pay patients?

Yes we see cash pay patients. Special discount pricing is available for office visits and laboratory tests for cash pay patients.

Can a patient walk in for an appointment?

Yes, patients can walk – in and they will be worked in between scheduled patients, however, this will be based on the availability of appointments.

Do you offer after hours?

Yes, first three Saturdays of the month from 8 am to 12 pm for patients aged 13 yrs. of age and up.
